German Real Estate Firm Opens Orlando Office

Engel & Voelkers, a German real estate company, opened an office in Orlando as a branch of its Florida business, according to the Orlando Business Journal. The temporary office will hold the five agents until the company can find permanent space in nearby Celebration.
 
The company is a specialist in luxury properties and has some of the nicest Florida homes and estates for sale. For example, for a mere $16 million US, you can have a waterfront estate in the Tampa Bay area. This property has 1,211 square meters of interior space with 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
 
Engel & Voelkers Florida has several offices in the Sunshine State, including its main office in Naples, located on the southwest coast. Engel & Voelkers is headquartered in Germany and has offices throughout the world. Its 320 offices are located on four continents and in 26 countries, including Argentina, Ireland, Dubai, South Africa and the UK. The company plans to open approximately 200 offices in Florida over the next 10 years.
